Help and support

How to get help with PT Track and PT Track Coach, and what to do if you need medical help.

Last updated 7 November 2026

How to get help

The quickest way is the Help form inside the app.

  • Clients, in PT Track: open the You tab, then choose Help.
  • Coaches, in PT Track Coach: open the More tab, then choose Help.

You can also email gilmardekowski@pt-track.co.uk. This is the same address for questions about your personal information.

What to include

  • Which app you use: PT Track or PT Track Coach.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • The email address on your account, if you are writing from a different one.

Please do not send your password or card details. If you are worried about your coach, or the app has made you feel worse about your body, tell us. We want to know. The copy of your message in our database is deleted after 90 days. The privacy notice explains how the rest is kept.

If you need medical help

We cannot give medical advice, and Help is not an emergency service. Do not use it if you need urgent help.

  • In an emergency, call 999.
  • For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
  • If you feel unwell while training, stop and get medical help.
  • If something hurts, stop and tell your coach. The app has a way to flag pain.
